Welcome to the VLSI CAD Lab
This is the main portal for the UMASS Lab for Very Large Scale Integration - Computer Aided Design; aka VLSI CAD Lab. This lab is mainly devoted to High Level Synthesis (HLS) and Verification.
 

Knowles LocationThrough the years the knowledge developed in the lab has growth substantially, so much so, that it has become mandatory to organize the publications and internal documentation in TWikis. This web will help in this effort providing a clean interface to the users.

What are we up to...

We are heavily working on experimental software tools for:

  • behavioral transformation of designs specified on algorithmic and behavioral levels.
  • speed up simulation time through parallel spatial simulation.

Recent paper submissions

At the moment we are working on a paper for IEEE Design & test, and we hope to make in time for the DAC deadline.

We've recently submitted a journal paper to TCAD, 2 papers to DATE 09 (still on review); and we are about to go to ICCAD-08 to present a paper.
